Eszter Szabó

“Sports and movement have always been important in my life since early childhood. Then during my university studies, I had the chance to look into the concept of the Pilates method. And this redefined my experiences and expectations. I realized how many different ways exist to do the same (simple) move. I now try to find the best of these for each individual body through my teachings.”

Eszter is a licenced physiotherapist. She is also comprehensive STOTT Pilates instructor on all apparatus and mat. She teaches in English, French and Hungarian.
